I always read the profiles and craft my message accordingly. If it says they aren't interested in married men, why should I waste my limited imagination on an amusing comment just to have it deleted without reading. I'm not cynical or anything...but everyone is voting the 'read the profile' option. That either means that bloggers are polite or everyone is lying in the hope they'll get in to your knickers. lol.

The PC answer is 'heck yah', but the reality is 'hells nah'.

Hi Papis voted your poll. I follow yogic laws to contact or accept in dealing with ladies. So value their choice or likings. Good Luck from - Yogi

i read a profile before i answer if someone emails me. i don't read profiles or email men to find men. You cannot conceive the many without the one.

Always. How people describe themselves is interesting and pretty telling. Blank profiles say a lot, too.

I always read others profiles. I want to kinda know what I might be jumping into. You have to admit that some of those profiles can go on and on and not say a whole lot Mine is short and pretty much to the point but rarely read.....lol.

This is almost exactly what I was going to say. Blog readers are not a representative sample. If we're the kind of people who take the time to read a blog, we're probably the kind of people who read profiles too. Heck, I read profiles even though I don't have a pass to go play with others. Naughty thoughts about the pictures make better fantasy fodder than pictures alone. And browsing profiles tends to remind me that I am doing better with my wife than I would with most of the women I could meet through the site anyway.

But I also feel that it's the 'correct' way of answering for most people even when it's not true. I suppose there are those who would claim to read profiles if asked, but I still don't think they'd see the question.

Yeah if I could read the profiles I would
